How Does PCL Sand Making Machine Work?

Stone less than 60mm enters sand making machine through a conveyor belt. Stone is crushed by hitting other stones. Material falls to the impellor cavity. Under great centrifugal force, it hits material that coming downwards. After hitting each other, they force a vortex between the impellor and the shell and hit each other several times.

Finally, the smaller stone comes out and goes to a vibrating screen. Satisfactory material is transported to a sand washing machine. However, the overlarge material will go back to the sand maker to be re-crushed. Output sizes can be made according to customers' requirements.
