HYM ultra-fine powder grinding mill Working Principle :
The motor drives the main shaft and the turntable to rotate through the reducer, and the turntable drives dozens of annular rollers to roll and rotate in the grinding ring raceway by pins. The annular rollers are installed in multiple layers. The material is crushed into small particles by the hammer crusher and then transported to the storage bin by the elevator. The electromagnetic vibrating feeder evenly sends the material to the upper bulk tray. The material is scattered into the raceway of the grinding ring under the action of centrifugal force and is squeezed and ground by the annular grinding roller. The suction action of the high-pressure centrifugal fan sucks the outside air into the machine and brings the ground material into the classifier. The rotating turbine in the powder separator makes the coarse powder fall back for regrinding, and the fine powder enters the cyclone powder collector with the air flow and is discharged from the discharge valve at the bottom of the powder concentrator. After purification, the air is discharged through the fan and muffler.
