Cement Mill Overview:
Cement mill is also called cement ball mill, which is mainly used for grinding cement clinker in the cement production process. It is one of the important cement equipment. The output of cement mill is 21~155 t/h, and the specific surface area of cement is 3300~3800 cm ² /g. Cement mill has the advantages of small occupied area, stable running, convenient operation and other advantages, so as to achieve the high yield and high fineness, which has provided a strong guarantee for the production of high quality cement. According to the different needs of cement, it can adopt the edge transmission or center transmission, which has flexible configuration.
Cement Mill Features:
Cement ball mill is mainly used for circle flow grinding system, and it has the characteristics of high efficiency, big capacity, and low power consumption, especially for cement slag. Compared with traditional ball mills, it can increase 15-20% of capacity and 10% of electricity, otherwise, the temperature of final products can lower than 20-40℃, and the fineness of products is adjustable.
Working Principle :
This machine, as grid ball mill, is a horizontal cylindrical turning device with edge gear and two warehouses. The material through the hollow shaft screw evenly enters the first warehouse which is equipped with ladder plate or corrugated plate with different specification steel balls. The cylinder rotating centrifugal force brings the steel balls to fall in a certain height to bang and grind the materials. After the coarse grinded in the first warehouse, materials are put into the second warehouse through single-wall partition which is equipped with plane liner and steel balls for regrinding. Then The powder discharges through the discharge grate plate. The grinding operation is finished.
