Energy Saving Ball Mil Overview:
Ball mill is the key equipment for grinding of crushed materials. It is mainly used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizer, ferrous and non-ferrous metal ore beneficiation, glass ceramic, etc. Besides, according to the discharging method, the ball mill can be divided into grate type and overflow type; according to the grinding method, the ball mill can be divided into the wet type and the dry type. The ball mill is applied to grind ores and other materials, and can be widely used in areas such as ore beneficiation, building materials, chemical industry, etc.
Energy Saving Ball Mil Features:
1.Large double row self-aligning roller bearing with low friction force is used to replace sliding bearing, which is easy to start and saves 20-30% energy;
2.Large ore outlet and large capacity;
3.The mill with diameter below 2.1 meters adopts whole machine frame, which is convenient for civil construction and equipment installation;
4.Oil mist lubrication device guarantees the lubrication of all gears.
Working Principle :
The materials are evenly conveyed from the feeding device to the first cabin of through the feeding hollow shaft. Inside the first cabin, there are stepped or ripple liners installed and different-sized steel balls placed. When the cylinder rotates, the balls are lifted up under the effect of centrifugal force, and cascade down from near the top of the cylinder. In doing so, the materials are reduced in size by impact and grinding. Then, going through the monolayer welt, coarse materials enter into the second cabin lined with plane liners and placed with steel balls. What needs to be noted is that it is exactly at the second cabin that materials get further grinding until they meet the required particle size. When powdery materials discharge from the grid plate, the operation of grinding comes to an end.
