The stone crushing line is the basic configuration of the sand and gravel industry. The stone production line with an output of 300 tons per hour is relatively conventional. Then take this production line as an example to specifically introduce which types of crusher are commonly used in the stone plant and its characteristics.

Taking shale as an example, the entire production line is configured as follows.

After blasting, the shale blocks of 750mm are evenly fed to the European type jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder and thet are crushed into about 190mm particles. Then they enter the second crushing machine, multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, and then enter the circular vibrating screen which screens out the finished product and the bulk materials. The returned material enters the original shaping machine for shaping, and then enters the other two circular vibrating screens for screening. The final finished material is 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-16.5mm, and 16.5-31.5mm. So what are the characteristics of the entire gravel production line?

Jaw crusher and impact crusher are very commonly used in stone crushing line. The entire production process forms a closed loop to realize automated production. It can be intuitively and comprehensively monitored and the labor cost is low. The stones enter the raw material warehouse and are transported to the vibration feeder to enter in the initial crushing process. And the coarse crushing and intermediate crushing processes are carried out. After the above processed, the qualified stones will pass through the conveyor and enter the impact crusher. And the fine crushing process officially begins. The crushed stones will be transported to the vibration screen for screening. The unqualified stones are returned to continue the crushing operation while the qualified stones are transported to the finished product warehouse.
