Production line process

The raw materials are fed evenly by the vibrating feeder, and the grate bars are pre-screened to remove soil. After being crushed by jaw crusher, the stone material enters the buffer silo through the belt conveyor. The material in the buffer silo enters the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone station through the belt conveyor. Then the crushed material is screened by the vibrating screen on the belt conveyor and the material larger than the finished product is returned to the cone through the chute.
