1. During the use of Raymond mill, there should be fixed personnel to take care of it, and the operator needs to have a certain technical level. Before the mill is installed, the operator needs to carry out necessary technical training, so that they can understand the principle and performance of the Raymond mill and be familiar with the operating procedures.

2. In order to make the Raymond mill normal, "equipment maintenance and safe operation system" should be formulated to ensure the long-term safe operation of the mill. At the same time, there must be necessary maintenance tools, grease and corresponding accessories.

3. After the Raymond mill has been used for a period of time, it should be overhauled, and at the same time, the wearing parts such as the grinding roller, grinding ring, blade, etc. should be repaired and replaced. The connecting bolts and nuts of the grinding roller device should be carefully checked before and after use to see if If there is looseness, check whether the lubricating oil has been added enough.

4. When the grinding roller device of Raymond mill is used for more than 500 hours or so,and when the grinding roller is replaced, the rolling bearings in the roller sleeve need to be cleaned, and the damaged parts should be replaced in time.

5. Fineness adjustment, according to the size, hardness, water content and specific gravity of the material, the thickness of the processing is also different, the analyzer above can be adjusted, the speed is high, the fineness is high, the speed is low, and the fineness is low. If the fineness is increased, the output will be reduced accordingly. If the requirements are not met, the fan speed should be adjusted, and the user can flexibly grasp it.

6. The scrap limit of the grinding roller and grinding ring of the Raymond mill, the remaining small wall thickness shall not be less than 10mm.

7. When the Raymond mill is stopped, first stop feeding, and the main engine continues to grind, so that the residual abrasive continues to be milled. After about one minute, the main engine motor and analyzer motor can be turned off to stop the grinding work, and then stop the fan motor to blow out the residual powder.
