For limestone pulverizers, there are many unexpected cases encountering in production. In some cases, emergency shutdown is required. Otherwise, it will cause great damage to the equipment. Here is to introduce the situations that require emergency shutdown.

The cases of emergency shutdown

First, if the load of the main motor of the limestone pulverizer, or the motor load of the auxiliary equipment such as grading equipment and hoist exceed the rated current value, and there is no obvious reduction by reducing or stopping the feeding process, then emergency shutdown is required to deal with.

Second, when the temperature of the main motor or auxiliary motor exceeds the specified value, or the motor burns out, and the temperature of the main bearing and the bearing of the limestone mill exceed the specified value, emergency shutdown is required to prevent production safety hazards.

Third, the grinding head silo of the limestone mill is broken or the feeder is stuck, and the feeding cannot be restored in a short time, the failure of the automatic feeding control system of the equipment cannot be repaired in time, and the raw meal is full, and there is no receiving capacity when emergency shutdown is required for processing.

Fourth, during the production process of the limestone pulverizer, the meshing sound of the large and small gears of the edge transmission is abnormal, there is a large vibration, and the reducer has abnormal sound or large vibration, and it needs to be stopped urgently to deal with it to decrease security risks.

Fifth, the bolts of the large and small bearings and the bearing cover are seriously loose, the lubricating oil ring does not rotate and the pulling is invalid; or the oil pump is faulty, the oil pipe is blocked, so that the lubricating system becomes ineffective. In these cases, emergency shutdown is required. Check the specific reasons for these problems in the limestone mill, and then deal with them.

Sixth, when the retaining ring, grinding door, and hollow shaft fixing bolts of the limestone mill are broken or fallen off, or the lining plate is dropped, the partition plate is damaged, etc., the damage of the parts makes the production of the equipment unable to proceed smoothly. Emergency shutdown is required for processing.
