2. Limestone (bluestone)

Advantages: low power, economical and practical. Disadvantages: The sand shape and gradation are not good, and it is difficult to pass the acceptance of large-scale projects. Situation 3. It is required that the shape of the finished product must be a cube or a circular structure for large-scale engineering projects, such as (high-speed rail, high-speed, etc.). 3. River stone, granite, basalt

The river stone here refer to pure large pebbles that do not contain natural sand. These materials are diversified in materials, not only have high hardness, but also has high toughness, which is relatively difficult to process. No matter which kind of sand making machine is selected, it is recommended that customers use it with a matching cone crusher.

Situation 1. For individual users who have no strict requirements on the shape of the finished sand, and the construction period is relatively short (no more than one year). A vertical plate hammer sand making machine (four layers) can be used together with jaw crusher and vibrating screen. Advantages: small investment and easy operation. Disadvantages: The shape and gradation of the finished sand are not good, the wearing parts wear quickly, and the price is high.

Disadvantages: The feeding of the sand making machine is limited (3-5 cm), and the power is high.
