In the production of machine-made sand, the widely used crushing method is still mechanical crushing, mainly crushing, splitting, crushing, grinding and impact. Screening equipment

The sieving operation refers to the operation of separating mixed materials of different particle sizes according to the particle size. Two kinds of products are obtained by sieving: under-screen products, the particles smaller than the mesh pass through the screen surface, and over-screen products, the products remaining on the

screen surface .

In order to complete the screening process, the materials should move relatively on the screen surface. On the one hand, the material layer on the surface of the screen should be in a loose state, resulting in stratification according to particle size. On the other hand, the movement of the material and the screen causes the particles stuck to the screen holes to separate from the screen surface, which facilitates the passage of the particles through the screen holes. The screening machine can be divided into three types according to its motion characteristics: fixed screen, circular vibrating screen and linear vibrating screen. Among them, the commonly used screening equipment is linear vibrating screen, circular vibrating screen, and heavy-duty vibrating screen.
