Mountain rock generally refers to the stone mined from the mountain. The common ones are granite, iron ore, copper ore, diabase, bluestone, basalt, dolomite, etc., more than a hundred types, so which crusher equipment is suitable to process the rocks?

1. Jaw crusher

Jaw crusher is a very widely used equipment in the mining field with a very large crushing ratio. The processing capacity is very powerful. The output is designed to be between 1-2200 tons in an hour, and the feeding size is between 125-1500mm, almost any non-corrosive stone. All can be broken.

Jaw crusher advantages:

2. Cone crusher

The cone crusher is more used in the secondary crushing link of the production line. It mainly crushes some materials with relatively high hardness and relatively high strength. It is designed with the principle of laminated crushing to achieve selective crushing of materials and a more uniform crushing particle size.

3. Impact crusher

The impact crusher, which is also used as the second breaking link, has a better shaping effect. But it is generally only suitable for stone crushing operations with medium or medium hardness, otherwise the frequency of blow bar replacement will be greatly increased.
