Stone properties
Sedimentary rock is a mineral formed during the development and evolution of the earth's crust. Common types of sedimentary rocks include limestone, shale, sandstone, hornblende, etc. They are ideal raw materials in the industrial field and have extremely high industrial utilization value and economic value.
Recommended solution
Most of the sedimentary rock minerals in nature can be processed by sand production lines. For this reason, the Red Star Machinery expert team has designed a sedimentary rock production line specifically for the properties of sedimentary rocks. The main equipment includes jaw crushers, impact crushers, sand making machines, sand washing machines, vibrating feeders, circular vibrating screens, belt conveyors and other equipment. Mobile crushing stations can also be used instead of sand production lines to make sand for sedimentary rocks. The processing process is as follows:
First, large pieces of sedimentary rock ore are fed into the jaw crusher for primary crushing with the help of the feeder, and then sent to the impact crusher for secondary crushing. Nex, the conveyor sends the crushed sedimentary rock particles to the circular vibrating screen, and they are divided into two grades according to the particle size grade. The sedimentary rock that does not meet the requirements is returned to the crusher for further crushing, and the sedimentary rock that meets the requirements is sent to the sedimentary rock sand making machine. After that, the sedimentary rock particles coming out of the sand making machine are sent back to the circular vibrating screen for re-screening, and only qualified sand and gravel can enter the sand washing machine for cleaning and processing, otherwise they will enter the sand making machine for re-crushing. Last, the washed sedimentary rock materials enter the finished product pile, which is the finished product.
