Stone Properties
Granite is the main component of the continental crust. It is an igneous rock formed by the condensation of magma below the surface. Its main components are feldspar, mica and quartz. Granite is hard and dense, high in strength, resistant to weathering, corrosion, wear and low in water absorption. Its beautiful color can be preserved for more than a hundred years. With high hardness and wear resistance, it is used as a building decoration project and hall floor, and is also a common material for open-air sculpture.
Recommended solution
Since the granite is relatively hard and big in size, generally one crusher cannot solve it, so a secondary high-hardness crushing system is required. First, the granite material is evenly fed into the jaw crusher by the feeder for preliminary crushing. Then, the coarse material produced is conveyed by the conveyor to the cone crusher for further crushing. The finely crushed stone enters the vibrating screen to screen out stones of different specifications. The stones that do not meet the particle size requirements are returned to the cone crusher for further crushing.
