Spiral sand washer, also named screw sand washing machine, is equipment for cleaning and washing sand and other fine materials, aiming to remove impurities and contaminants from sand particles to obtain cleaner and higher-quality material. It can be divided into two types based on the amount of cleaning materials, namely the single spiral sand washing machine with a single spiral blade inside a cylindrical drum and the double spiral sand washing machine that has two spiral blades arranged in parallel. A spiral sand washing machine typically consists of these key parts, including belt pulley, main motor, main shaft, driving support, discharging mouth, screw blade, screw fixing seat, shell, bearing seat, and speed reducer.
