The main process flow is as follows:

1. The unprocessed marble enters the vibrating feeder. In addition to supplying materials, the equipment can also effectively filter out certain impurities, making full preparations for entering the jaw crusher.

2. The material is initially crushed. The equipment selected is the jaw crusher. The main reason for selecting this equipment is that its production capacity is very high, so that it can meet the user's production requirements.

3. After the first level of crushing, if the discharge particle size does not meet the standard, secondary crushing is required. The equipment used is the hammer crusher. Its main advantage is that the crushing ratio is very large, so that the discharge will be more delicate.

4. After crushing, the sand is put into the sand making machine for sand making. This is the core equipment of the process. In the process of hardware configuration of the production line, it is better to choose a sand making machine with excellent performance and high quality, so that the sand making accuracy will be higher.

5. The next step is sand washing. The equipment used is the sand washing machine. The newly developed sand washing machine has a very high technological content and is simpler and more convenient to operate.
