Basic shallow diagenetic rock with composition equivalent to gabbro. Phanerocrystalline, fine-medium grained, dark grey-grey black, often with diabase or subdiabase texture.

The diabase processing technology generally adopts the diabase crushing production line, and the equipment used includes jaw crusher, impact crusher, impact crusher, vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, sand washer, belt conveyor, etc. The process of the diabase crushing production line is roughly as follows: (silo) - feeder - jaw crusher - impact crusher or cone crusher - vibrating screen - (can be finished product). It has the characteristics of reliable performance, reasonable design, easy operation, good product particle size, and high work efficiency.

The first stage: primary crushing 

The raw material passes through the silo, is evenly fed by the vibrating feeder, and transported to the jaw crusher for primary crushing.

Second stage: Medium crushing

After crushing, the materials are screened by a circular vibrating screen and then transported by a belt conveyor to an impact crusher for intermediate fine crushing.

The third stage: fine crushing and shaping

The medium-sized materials are sent to the sand making machine for fine crushing and shaping; the qualified materials are washed by the sand washing machine and then conveyed to the storage pile by the belt conveyor.
