How Does Stone Crushing Plant Work?
The mine stone material is delivered into the bunker through the dump truck. Then it is evenly fed into the jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder to prevent the crushing chamber from material impacting damage and avoid overload and suffocation. The material is crushed into a particle size of about 250mm by the jaw crusher first and then is evenly fed into the cone crusher through a belt conveyor for the two-stage crushing.
The crushed material is sieved by the first-stage vibrating screen and separated into two kinds, more than 31.5mm and 20-31.5mm. 20-31.5mm material is delivered to the finished material pile through the belt conveyor while material more than 31.5mm is delivered into the second-stage cone crusher by the belt conveyor for re-crushing. The crushed material is sieved into three finished products of 0-5mm, 5-10mm, and 10-20mm by the second-stage vibrating screen and then they are conveyed to different stockpiles by the belt conveyor.
