How Does Vertical Cement Mill Work?
The raw material falls to the center of the grinding disc through the feeding pipe. The rotating grinding disc uses the centrifugal force to evenly disperse the raw material outward to form a material bed of a certain thickness. In this process, the material is crushed and broken by multiple grinding rollers on the grinding disc.
Driven by the continuous centrifugal force, the material continues to move toward the outer edge of the grinding disc. The material leaving the grinding disc encounters the hot gas entering the mill through the air ring, and rises and enters the separator. In this process, the material exchanges heat with the hot gas, and the water is evaporated quickly. Powder concentrator controls the granularity of finished product at the exit of roller mill.
