How Does Circular Vibrating Screen Work?

The circular vibrating screen is an elastic element supported by a spring and uses an eccentric vibrator as a vibration source. It generates exciting force through the rotation of the eccentric block, causing the screen box to produce circular reciprocating motion. 

The material continuously bounces and rolls in a nearly circular motion on the inclined screen surface, and is repeatedly compared with the screen holes. The material smaller than the size of the screen hole passes through the screen, and the material larger than the size of the screen hole remains on the screen surface, thus completing the screening process.
