Stone properties
Talc belongs to the talc family of silicate minerals, mainly containing hydrated magnesium silicate. Its crystal structure belongs to the monoclinic system, which is composed of magnesium and silicon in hot water solution and rock. Talc has many uses, such as refractory materials, papermaking, rubber fillers, pesticide absorbents, leather coatings, cosmetic materials and carving materials, etc.
Recommended solution
The grinding mills produced by our company for various materials such as talc can accept non-flammable and explosive materials below 20mm and Mohs hardness below 6. The raw materials for crushing are mainly calcite, gypsum, talc, feldspar, barite, kaolin and other materials. Due to the major changes in the grinding roller and grinding roller assembly of the main machine, the material must be ground multiple times from top to bottom, making full use of the centrifugal force of the grinding roller, and the contact area with the grinding ring is large, so it can produce high-fineness powder with a fineness of 5-45 microns.
The talc process mainly uses the following equipment: jaw crusher, Raymond mill, etc.
