Quartzite is a non-metallic mineral with hardness, wear resistance and stable chemical properties. Its main mineral component is silicon dioxide (SiO2), which is also a common silicate mineral with a hardness of 7.
Recommended solution
The process of the quartz sand production line is roughly as follows: (silo) → feeder → jaw crusher (optional) → impact crusher or cone crusher → vibrating screen → sand making machine → sand washing machine (optional) → finished sand.
Specific process: The material to be processed is first evenly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed material is sent to the impact crusher/cone crusher by the conveyor for further crushing. The medium-crushed material is transported to the vibrating screen for screening. The small particle size is transported to the sand making machine through the screen for sand making and shaping. The large particle size gravel is returned to the cone crusher for re-crushing. The quartz sand processed by the sand making machine is the finished sand. If the user has high requirements for the quality of the finished sand, a sand washing machine can be added to clean the finished sand.
